Lead Software Engineer

For compeny a leading provider of solutions and services for iGaming operators, is seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, AWS services, JavaScript, SQL databases, Docker, and experience with the Yii framework.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software developer, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Design, develop, and maintain PHP based web applications using best practices

Architect and implement scalable and reliable solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure

Manage SQL databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity

Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards , performance, and security practices

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

+6 years overall experience as a software developer

Proven experience +6 years as a software developer with expertise in PHP, AWS, JavaScrip, SQL, Docker, and Yii framework

At least 5 years working with code versioning tools e.g. Git or Gitlab

Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.

Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS

Proficiency in Backend

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

Experienced as developer from A product-based company is a huge advantage

A strong problem solving and analytical abilities, with focus on delivering high quality solutions on time

Team player

High written and speaking English skills
