About the role

• The role entails comprehensive research and development, predominantly within NLP, focusing on LLMs utilizing Transformers, which includes researching and building neural networks, training models, implementing embeddings, utilizing VectorDB, RAG, and GenAI methodologies.
• Additionally, there is a concentration on Optimization and Quantization techniques employing GPTQ and (Q)LoRA, operating within the Azure environment, and contributing to MLOps, CI/CD, Model Pipelines, and Model deployment.
• Python coding with ML/DL libraries is a core component of the role, facilitating the implementation of various AI algorithms and models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or other related fields.

• 5 years of experience in developing end to end machine learning solutions, involving substantial

• software development (programming) efforts, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python.

• One years of experience with fine-tuning open source LLMs, familiarity with PEFT, model quantization & optimization techniques such as GPTQ, (Q)LoRA.

• Two years of experience with AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure, 2+ years of experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipeline development, containerization, model deployment in test and production environments.

• Solid understanding of backend development principles, including software architecture, API design, databases, and server-side frameworks.

• Proficiency in data preprocessing techniques, exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
