Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join out team at Check Point!

Major Responsibilities:

*Create complex virtual/physical environments to test CP products.

*Perform manual and automatic QA tests on diverse environments and configurations.

*Create test plans for new features, Meet with R&D to learn the design, follow up with test requirements, and *write actual tests to cover all of the feature functionality.

*Provide reliable real-time status to your manager.

Desired Background:

*Strong networking experience with application protocols, like HTTP/HTTPS.

*Strong networking experience in TCP/IP.

*Knowledge of the Linux operating system.

*Knowledge and experience in virtualization solutions such as VMWare.

*Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Pulumi– Advantage.

*Scripting experience (Python or Javascript) – Advantage.

*Excellent spoken and written English.

*Good written and verbal communication skills.

*Attention to detail and punctuality.

*Independent, motivated, and self-managed at work

*Team player with good interpersonal skills.
