Operations Manager

Job description

Suridata is looking for a full-time, experienced and energetic Operations Manager to join our team in Israel, lead company-wide activities and manage the operation of the finance, legal and HR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that projects are completed smoothly and efficiently
• Work closely with the executive team on various projects
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions as needed
• Manage the office and welfare budget, ensuring expenses are tracked and kept within budgetary limits
• Lead the development and execution of our employee experience strategy, which encompasses planning and overseeing various employee initiatives such as organizing happy hours, celebrating birthdays, arranging company trips, managing swag orders, and coordinating team activities, among others
• Ensure that the work environment and its facilities operate properly and are maintained to a high standard
• Oversee all aspects of daily office operations, including managing orders, supplies, vendor relationships, invoicing, parking, and travel arrangements
• Work with the accounting team and handle all invoices, billings, and expenses related matters

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in startup environment
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Highly organized, with acute attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a polished and professional office environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English language skills
