Head of HR (Portfolio Opportunity)

Multiple companies within the TLV Partners portfolio are seeking a new Head of HR to lead all people, recruiting, and welfare functions (some as an individual contributor, others managing a team). These companies are at various stages and in various verticals, but each is looking for a senior, talented, creative, and strategic HR leader for their next stage of growth.

In these roles, you will:

• Help to build a strong company culture where employees feel supported, heard, and engaged
• Grow teams by overseeing recruiting efforts with in-house capacity, recruiting partners, etc.
• Work closely with other executives on strategic people challenges and opportunities
• Develop processes, policies, and other HR capacity
• Build and expand in-house people functions by managing a world-class team

Requirements:

• 8+ experience in HR, Talent, or related roles
• Strong preference for experience in a fast-growing startup environment (non-corporate)
• Management experience, including building and growing a team
• Experience in both HR and recruiting, either as a manager or hands-on
• Experience leading HR for global organizations, especially in the US
• Fully bilingual - written and spoken - in English and Hebrew
