As a Product Solution Team leader, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our product offerings and ensuring they meet customer needs throughout their lifecycle. As a Cognyter you will:

• Team leadership and process establishment - Build and lead a team of three individuals, establish efficient work processes
• Customer lifecycle management - Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption, collaborate with sales and customer success teams
• Product customer execution - Empower and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals, define product requirements, work closely with engineering team
• Collaboration across functions
• Risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Continuous learning and adaptation - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

For that mission you’ll need:

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in software companies. Part of that, managing people
• Academic: BS in computer science, engineering, or other related degree
• Knowledge with complex systems including correlations of identifiers in big data, behavioral analysis and ML/LLM algorithm
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders
• Familiar with the intelligence / security / cyber domain - big advantage
• Traveling: willing to travel 20% of the time.
