We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist And HR Admin

Responsibilities:

As an expert recruiting leader, leveraging your extensive experience in talent acquisition you will Lead the onboarding process for new employees and clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

Demonstrate multidisciplinary expertise in recruiting, delivering high-quality talent acquisition, headhunting, and managed services.

Take complete ownership of the recruitment process, starting from candidate sourcing and interviews to onboarding and training.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends.

Cultivate strong client relationships and actively contribute to business development efforts.

Manager HR Tasks for our clients - Candidate experience, wellbeing, office admin.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience. Proven track record in recruiting for the technology industry, specifically in hardware/software or a multidisciplinary field.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.

Strong analytical and statistical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

Excellent leadership abilities, fostering collaboration and inspiring high performance.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Experience in a similar position that combines responsibility for answering and serving the customer and the company's employees, answering suppliers, and services, responsibility for horizontal administration projects and managing HR Tasks for our clients
