NOC Team Leader

NESS is looking for a NOC Team Leader for a large Governmental Authority in Jerusalem

The position includes managing a team of controllers of the monitoring center at the Population Authority, ongoing management of the organization's IT infrastructure monitoring systems that will enable monitoring, information analysis, investigation and providing a continuous picture to the management and coordination between the factors, managing incidents in information systems and escalation incidents, providing an initial response to incidents, activating teams Response and escalation to the system administrators and third-party factors (suppliers), locating and adding systems for monitoring, managing and controlling work processes, working with the various customers.

The position includes recruitment and personal and professional management of the controller teams working in shifts.

Ongoing work with the operation teams and technicians, reporting to the entire organization about events in the networks in real time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in team management - mandatory

• At least one year of experience as System/Information Networking jobs in a large company- mandatory.

• Knowledge and familiarity with Networking communication protocols - mandatory.

• Experience with CRM systems and Call management - mandatory.

• At least one year of experience working with IT customers - mandatory.

• Previous experience in using API interfaces, HTTP Requests, Web Services is a significant advantage.

• Experience writing scripts in languages such as - PowerShell, Python - an advantage.

• Familiarity with Command and Control (שו"ב) systems - an advantage.

• Passing a level 3 security classification will be required.

• High level of English.

• The work is On-Site at Mount Hotzvim in Jerusalem, on site only, will sometimes require a willingness to be available outside of business hours.
