Quality Assurance Engineer

A TransitTech startup, now considered a unicorn, develops a platform providing smart transportation software solutions, including on-demand ride-hailing and real-time ride-sharing services. The algorithm they have developed solves complex mathematical and computational problems to optimize vehicle routes in real-time for the best passenger experience.

The company's operations span over 650 cities worldwide, aiming to expand accessibility to efficient, equitable, and sustainable public transportation globally.

Based in Tel Aviv near a train line, they offer hybrid work from home twice a week. Globally, they employ nearly 1400 people, with around 500 in Israel, located in Tel Aviv near a train line, and working hybrid days from home.

In this role, you'll be part of a team conducting manual testing for a complex mobile product. Working with the technological stack: Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, and JIRA, Agile methodology, and Python.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in manual testing for client/server applications.

• Experience with QA methodologies and testing processes

• Experience in writing testing documents

• Strong knowledge of testing processes and understanding Agile methodologies

• Experience with back end and Front-end testing - MUST

• Experience with writing automated tests - MUST

• Python knowledge – advantage

• Highly independent, passionate, self-motivated and autodidact

• Investigator and detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture

• Excellent communicator with good ability to work collaboratively with others
