OneStep is seeking a seasoned QA Engineer with a strong background in manual testing and a keen interest in moving towards automation engineering. This position is ideal for someone who excels in ensuring software quality through meticulous manual testing and is eager to grow into an automation role. As part of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in the development lifecycle, ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing of our software applications to identify bugs and ensure the product meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Test Case Development: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify and report defects, and work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues, ensuring high product quality.
• Continuous Learning: Actively learn and apply new techniques in automation testing, with the goal of transitioning into an automation QA role.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to understand new features and functionalities, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of our testing processes and the integration of automation testing practices.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide clear and constructive feedback to the development team and report on testing activities and results.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Eagerness to learn and transition to automation testing, including the use of automation tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 3yrs+ experience
• Mobile app testing experience is a plus
