Software Engineering Team Lead

As a Full-Stack Lead you will spearhead the technical aspects of a web UI, both on the backend and frontend. This role involves leading the development process, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of the company applications. You will be at the forefront of redesigning our architecture and guiding the technical direction of the web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality web UI using Python (backend) and React with Next.js (frontend).
• Architect and redesign the existing systems for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
• Implement responsive design to ensure the web applications are mobile-friendly.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Extensive experience with React and Next.js for frontend development.
• Strong understanding of web architecture and database systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
