HRIS & Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR and data to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and improving the HR system and processes and suggesting ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.

The HRIS & Operations Specialist will collaborate with HR professionals, managers, and employees to implement and streamline HR processes and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our HR system and improve workflow and data management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS system.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide support and guidance to the HR team on using the HRIS.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
• Responsible for preparing and tracking commission plans.
• Support the administration of Employees and Subcontractors management throughout the employee lifecycle changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economy, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations/ HRIS / compensation role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
