Job Description:

Are you a dynamic Program Manager looking to drive organizational excellence in a leading technology company? Join us at AT&T's Israel R&D Center as part of our Professional Excellence group, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing cross-organizational improvement processes.

What You Will Do:

• Design, lead and shape the implementation of organization-wide improvement processes
• Collaborate with leaders across various departments (Product Management, Software Development, Architecture, etc.) to advocate, orchestrate and track comprehensive plans
• Employ your program management expertise in large organizations to drive initiatives forward
• Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking. The position includes communication with US counterparts
• Lead without direct authority, fostering engagement and embracing change

Requirements:

• At least 10 years proven experience in program management within large-scale organizations
• Experience designing and implementing organization-wide processes
• Experience with a variety of roles in R&D organizations, with an emphasis on the Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong foundation in Agile/Lean methodologies
• Exceptional English communication skills, including verbal and written - Mother tongue-level
• Ability to create awesome presentations and convey messages to large audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and engage diverse teams in change initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT)
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a PMO, LACE, or OE (Organizational Excellence) environment is advantageous
