Arabic Project Coordinator

BLEND Localization is searching for a highly motivated and organized Arabic speaker with a passion for languages to join our team as a Junior Arabic Project coordinator!

Are you a super detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment? This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a single, large-scale translation and cultural adaptation project, with the flexibility to work remotely and from our Tel Aviv office.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the translation team, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure project satisfaction.
• Oversee project launches and manage them from start to finish.
• Guarantee projects meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Prepare materials for meetings and manage the meeting logistics.
• Integrate and implement translated text into various technological programs.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• Native Arabic fluency with exceptional written skills.
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
• Hebrew fluency at an excellent level.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
