Role Description
We are seeking a Payments Specialist to join our team in Ramat Gan. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work after an initial training period. The Payments Specialist will be responsible for processing payments and managing customer accounts, handling foreign exchange transactions, and providing occasional customer support. Additional responsibilities may include researching, compiling, and analyzing foreign exchange data for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in foreign exchange or payments processing
- Experience with payment processing platforms and financial software
- Knowledge of foreign exchange regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
