Validation Engineer

As a Process and Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development, implementation, and validation of manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, define process requirements, and develop validation protocols. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and efficiency goals..
- Design and execute validation protocols, including IQ, OQ, and PQ, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to process engineering and validation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in process engineering and validation within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO)...
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
