Product Manager – Temporary Position

In this role, you will join the Regenerative Platform, in a dynamic and exciting global medical device company, in a fast-paced growth environment.

In your role as Product Manager, you will drive activities to identify market needs and manage new product ideas through development all the way to market launch.

Full time role. Can be done remotely (partially). Some travel required.

Reports to: Director, Product Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage the current portfolio of products and find opportunities to maximize market potential.
• Lead the global registration distribution for existing products.
• Drive execution of future roadmap until go-to-market and first adoption.
• Ongoing brand support and take care of inquiries and complaints (work with CS, QA)
• Create, and update, the global brands strategy, as part of the global portfolio strategy.
• Identify new market needs and work with R&D on priorities and execution plans.
• Serve as product subject matter expert in support of market needs and development of new materials in conjunction with Marketing team.
• Work with Regulatory on ensuring rapid approval of products in various geographies.
• Drive with clinical team scientific foundation of all products.
• Define pricing and positions strategy of products.
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop sales tools based on that.
• Manage supplier relationships with 3rd party vendors, incl. forecasts, pricing (with assistant of SC and procurement focal points)
• Full implementation of products in all DS systems, including supply chain and POC.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years’ experience in driving large scale projects relating to new product introduction and launch, preferably in the Dental industry.
• Ability to work in a complex global matrix environment.
• University Graduate – BSc. /dental/medical recommended (not a must), MBA – an advantage
• Fluent (mother tongue level) in written English – other languages an advantage (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently.
