We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for technology, innovation, and problem-solving. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of Fredo AI by building out our product roadmap and driving the development of our AI assistant solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact in the B2B and B2C markets through AI

What You’ll Do ?

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and vision.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize development tickets.
• Lead market research efforts to identify customer needs and opportunities for product innovation.
• Work with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating product plans and developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-focused role.
• Proven track record of managing product development for B2C and B2B markets.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in improving productivity.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and building development tickets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a keen attention to detail.
• Passion for innovation and a constant drive to stay ahead of the technology curve.
