Product Manager

Othentic Stack (by Othentic Labs) is a self-deploy infrastructure to spin up distributed systems with shared security.

Backed by top-tier crypto VCs, Othentic is on a mission to facilitate the creation of novel distributed services.

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager with expertise in distributed systems to be a key player in our innovative startup.

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, building an infrastructure in a new and exciting category.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly understand the product vision and goals, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional tech and business teams.
• Drive the product vision, own the road map, and help prioritize development time and resources.
• Will research technologies in the blockchain space, define potential use cases, and lead the development and implementation of such use cases as part of a coherent product roadmap.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's success, from conceptualization through to launch.
• Will be working on a new product dedicated for validators.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and business goals.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with development and business departments.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a tech-forward company.
• 5+ years of relatable experience
• Strong understanding of the shared security space (EigenLayer, Babylon).
• Experience designing complex web applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Working in the staking service industry is an advantage.
• Figma and visual design skills are a big advantage.

Ideally, You:

• Are up-to-date with Ethereum scaling solutions such as Validiums or rollups.
• Have experience building and managing a protocol with significant TVL.
• Have experience in Web3 security, including smart-contract audits, formal verification, validator node management, wallet security, and key management.
• Hold B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent.
