Digital Manager

.A leading institution is looking for a Digital Manager to join their organization

:Responsibilities

• Managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels (SEM/PPC), including strategic planning, continuous performance tracking and measurement, optimization, and generating periodic reports and insights for performance improvement.
• Overseeing the organization's digital presence on all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Managing the organization's website, including providing tailored content for various units and entities within the organization and promoting the site through search engine optimization (SEO).
• Creating content on diverse platforms for various organizational activities.
• Utilizing new technological tools for content creation and conveying important messages.
• Initiating, leading, and managing various digital projects.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, professional bodies, and units within the organization.
• Directly managing the digital team.

:Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in performance-based campaign management and data analysis.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad marketing understanding and creative thinking.
• High technical/digital orientation, deep familiarity with internet marketing across its various aspects, with an emphasis on SEO, SEM/PPC, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and Taboola.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
