QA Automation Engineer

GrowthSpace is seeking an adept QA Automation Engineer to bolster our rapidly expanding company and propel our product to new heights. We're on the lookout for a proactive, tech-savvy individual with a self-driven attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for problem-solving. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our quality processes as we embark on a journey toward full testing automation and CI/CD implementation

As QA Automation Engineer you will be responsible to:

• learning new features, reviewing technical designs, and crafting comprehensive test plans (STDs) to ensure optimal product performance.
• While manual testing will constitute a portion of your duties (approximately 20%), your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining automated tests across various layers (E2E, APIs, components, load, etc).
• Managing CI pipelines, addressing failures, minimizing flakiness, and maximizing test coverage.
  
  

• +3 years of experience in testing automation, with a preference for web applications
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, encompassing planning, design, execution, and reporting
• Strong scripting and programming skills, preferred node.js
• Familiarity with basic SQL and databases
• Experience working in a CI environment and familiarity with CI/CD methodologies
• Prior experience in testing cloud-based services at both the frontend and backend
• A self-learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
