The position

The main mission of our Mobile team is to create state of the art development tools and SDKs for our customers. These tools allow developers to check for a11y issues while coding, and deliver more accessible mobile applications.

We are seeking a highly experienced iOS SDK Team Lead to oversee the development of high-quality mobile SDKs for iOS and other mobile platforms. This role is focused on mobile SDK rather than app development and involves leading a remote team.

Impact and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a remote team of mobile SDK developers; oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product management, research, development, and support teams to align on business needs and priorities.
• Provide guidance and mentoring, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of mobile solutions with high-quality standards. Maintain code quality and automate processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development to continuously improve our products and processes.
  
  

• Proven team management experience, preferably in a remote setting and within a startup environment.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong delegation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD) and the ability to drive Agile practices within the team.
• Strong technical background in mobile development, architecture, and design.
• Proficiency in modern mobile development frameworks and technologies (UIKit, SwiftUI, React Native, Flutter). Knowledge of Swift and ObjectiveC.
• Understanding of the specificity of SDK and enterprise product development.
• Proficiency in QA automation tools (Appium, XCUITest) is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Hebrew.
