System Engineer Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, development, and performance of product lines within the company.

Leading the execution of the product from initial idea through development into successful implementation

• Matrix management of all R&D groups (HW, SW, SE)

• Direct management of system group

• Provide solutions for complex, large-scale multidiscipline problems

• Track the development process and assume full ownership and accountability over product delivery, quality, production monitoring, and timelines.

• Build work plans, conduct risk assessment reviews, and provide budget control of all R&D activities.

• Collaborating with marketing teams, product support, and operations throughout the product life cycle.

• Managing tier 4 teams for successful technological and operational acceptance

Requirements:

• M.Sc. or more in Physics/ Engineering (Electrical, Optics).
• 10 years' Experience with Technical management of R&D groups
• 4-5 years of experience in multi-disciplinary system engineering - must
• Deep optic and physics background
• Familiar with the Semi-conductor industry
• Raman knowledge - advantage
• Work in complex activities in project and matrix environments.
• A Leader and fast learner.
