Our company, M challenge, is seeking an experienced IT/Help Desk Network Manager with at least one year of experience in a similar role. Join our boutique firm in Tel Aviv, specializing in cloud solutions, IT services, and support for business clients. We offer a quality, professional, and efficient team. We are looking for a Support Specialist for our company's clients. The position involves both field and office work, Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no work on Friday and Saturday. The job requirements are:

- Knowledge and experience with server operating systems, workstations, operating systems 2016/2019/2022/WIN11/WIN10.

- Familiarity and knowledge with virtual environments, cloud, and email.

- Knowledge and experience in TCP/IP, familiarity with routers, and the ability to configure them.

- Knowledge and experience in backup software, AV, EDR.

- Ability to provide front-line service with patience and professionalism.

- Knowledge and familiarity with various Back Office software.

- A driving license is mandatory.

- Certifications are an advantage.

- At least one year of experience in a similar role is required.

- Excellent conditions for the right candidate.
