About the position
Salt Security is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
- Manage our HR system and improve workflow and data management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and vendor management.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Assist in various HR projects and initiatives, such as performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- General HR Support: Provide general HR support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Responsible for preparing and tracking commission plans.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations/ HRIS / compensation role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
