Solution Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Identity Security Solutions Engineer to join our customer engagement team. You will play a key role in demonstrating and ensuring the effectiveness of our identity security platform throughout the entire sales and implementation cycle. This includes initial contact, pre-sales, proof-of-concept (PoC) leadership, solution design, implementation, post-sales support, and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand their identity and access management challenges in cloud and SaaS environments.
• Demonstrate how Axiom's platform can streamline their least-privilege journey.
• Manage the entire PoC lifecycle, including planning, setup, monitoring, and reporting.
• Evaluate PoC outcomes and provide detailed feedback to customers and internal teams.
• Design and customize identity security solutions to meet specific customer needs.
• Lead the deployment and integration of Axiom's platform into existing IT infrastructures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on platform usage and management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices guides.
• Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, translating feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to keep the platform competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting with a strong background in identity security, cloud computing, and SaaS.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Certifications in cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP) are highly desirable.
