HR Business Partner

Description

We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to join our team! The HRBP at Verbit plays a key role in facilitating diverse human resources functions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with Verbit's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
• Provide business partnership and coaching to mid-level managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment processes. Conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Support the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Work with managers to address performance issues and contribute to the development of performance improvement plans.
• Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
• Direct and coordinate HR activities in the employee life cycle.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, utilizing HRIS system.
• Develop and implement initiatives related to employee experience.
  
  

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in an HRBP, HR Operations or similar role- MUST
• A hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
• Experience leading end-2-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment.
• Collaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
• Project planning skills.
• Human Resources Knowledge: thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
