Operations Manager

A global company is seeking a dynamic, positive, and experienced Operational Manager to lead the team (Rishon Lezion & Tel Aviv)

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the CEO, with advancement opportunities to COO.

Responsibilities:

Management:

·        Oversee all operational processes at our flagship site.

·        Maintain high service standards and manage budget.

·        Recruit, train, motivate, and inspire the site team.

·        Prepare weekly operational and financial reports.

Customer Service:

·        Uphold outstanding service and resolve inquiries efficiently.

·        Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement goals.

·        Develop client settlement and expansion strategies.

Sales and Customer Relations:

·        Coordinate lead management and exceed sales targets.

·        Manage contract renewals, client extensions, and receivables.

·        Establish partnerships to enhance customer experiences.

Supplier and Contractor Management:

·        Maintain long-term contracts with suppliers.

·        Ensure quality control across various domains.

·        Manage site purchases and optimize contractor costs.

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in real estate, maintenance, or hospitality.

·        Demonstrated team management skills with motivation and goal-oriented leadership.

·        Strong customer focus and service principles understanding.

·        Exceptional multitasking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

·        Professional appearance, openness, and positivity.

·        A must- spoken and written English at an advanced level
