What is the role?

Zencity is seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, enhancing our market presence, and enabling our go-to-market teams’ success. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your creativity and initiative will be valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation for GTM Teams:
• Develop persuasive and informative content to support Zencity's go-to-market (GTM) teams, including sales decks, one-pagers, award submissions, educational materials, and more.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand key messaging and value propositions, translating them into compelling narratives and visuals.
• Craft engaging and tailored content to address the needs and pain points of target audiences, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all GTM materials, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Develop materials consistent with Zencity's visual identity across field and digital marketing as well as go-to-market collateral.
• Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets to support various marketing initiatives, such as presentations, infographics, videos, and social media content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and memorable brand experience.
• Stay abreast of design trends and best practices, continuously evolving and refining Zencity's brand aesthetic to resonate with target audiences.
  
  

• Proven experience in content creation for GTM activities, including sales enablement materials, presentations, and educational content.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in Figma - strong bonus.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and design aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail and typography.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines.
• Experience in the local government or govtech industries - huge advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field- advantage.
