Senior Human Resources Business Partner

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and drive strategic HR initiatives. This position will report to the Israel HR Director and will be part of the Israel HR Field team.

As a Senior HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support employees. You will partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide expert guidance on all HR matters, fostering a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
2. Employee Relations: Lead employee relations efforts, providing guidance and resolution on complex HR issues, Labor laws, C&B and more. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and safe work environment.
3. Talent Management: Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Partner with business leaders to identify high-potential talent and create tailored development plans to support career growth.
4. Change Management: Proactively manage organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts. Develop change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions for employees.
5. HR Compliance: Stay updated of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all HR practices. Partner with legal counsel as needed to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to local regulations.
6. HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
7. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB): Champion DEIB initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and respected. Partner with cross-functional corporate teams to develop and implement diversity strategies that promote equity and belonging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role within a global organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, and change management.
• Strong understanding of local HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.
