Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager that will be responsible for all recruitment activities at Connecteam, managing a team of two recruiters, and being part of the strategic planning of recruitment processes.

What You'll Do?

• Manage recruitment department.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts.
• Responsible for improving and optimizing strategic planning processes in comparison to recruitment execution processes
• Preservation and Enhancement of Candidate Experience Processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
• Innovative thinker passionate about expressing and implementing new ideas.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and meeting hiring goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
