Our client, an e-commerce company with $50 million in revenue, is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead. This position is crucial for leading the development of their e-commerce platform that markets a unique, patented ecological plant. The role is situated in a dynamic startup environment, focusing on shaping the platform and its broader software infrastructure.

We are looking for a Tech Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and a visionary approach, ready to make a significant impact from an early stage. This includes engaging in hands-on coding and managing a small, agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the General Manager to align technology strategy with business goals.
Lead client-side development of the e-commerce platform.
Mentor and manage a team, promoting innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, especially in front-end roles.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Experience in startup environments and ability to lead in early project phases.
Strong academic background and notable military experience in software development.

Work Model: Hybrid, with 1-2 days of remote work per week.

Location: Rothschild, Tel Aviv.
