Business Application Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Application Manager to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all internal systems. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, as well as expertise in utilizing HubSpot, ERP (specifically NetSuite), and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

System Management:

• Oversee and be hands-on in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all internal systems within the company.
• Manage external IT resources, ensuring the smooth operation and integration of external systems including Zendesk, HubSpot, Monday.com, and NetSuite
• Ensure the seamless integration and functionality of HubSpot and NetSuite ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to streamline finance processes.

HubSpot and NetSuite Expertise:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot and NetSuite-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
• Develop and customize HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and reports to align with the company's objectives.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite modules to support accounting, billing, and financial reporting needs.

IT Infrastructure:

• Manage the IT infrastructure supporting finance systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Implement security protocols and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive financial information.

Training and Documentation:

• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate relevant team members on system functionalities and best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in information systems management
• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot and NetSuite ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and administration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
