Lean & OpEx Manager

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in leading Lean and OpEx initiatives?

Join us as a Lean & OpEx Manager at our Yeruham location.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ongoing budgetary control, managing and executing Lean projects on-site, leading quality projects with senior executives, and participating in cross-organizational projects and internal discussions in both Hebrew and English. You'll also directly manage our efficiency improvement coordinator and operational control, reporting directly to the Quality Division VP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree minimum – required, preference for Business Administration/Science.
• Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) – required.
• Experience in a role involving global interfaces – required.
• Experience in leading cross-organizational projects with a focus on continuous improvement under tight timelines and workloads – required.
• Leading end-to-end projects according to Lean methodologies – required.
• Ability to drive interfaces without authority – required.
• Proficiency in SAP system – significant advantage.
• QC and QA – significant advantage.
