Head of Sales

An award-winning do-good company in the field of interactive technology is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the sales team. With a flagship product capable of transforming any surface into an interactive playground, they're at the forefront of innovation in entertainment, gaming and e-learning. This role includes leading inbound B2B sales efforts ranging from SMBs to large leading brands, focusing on the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a remote team of sales professionals based in New York, driving results and exceeding targets
• Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, developing methodologies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism in all client interactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Sales Leadership role: Team Lead / Head of / Director of Sales
• Proven track record of success selling to the American market, with a deep understanding of its nuances and dynamics
• Demonstrated proficiency in inbound sales techniques, with the ability to qualify leads and close deals effectively
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating sales teams to achieve exceptional results
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work during United States hours.
