Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing purchasing activities, accurately categorizing expenses, and ensuring timely collection of receipts from suppliers. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization and supporting our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including vendor selection, procurement, and payment processing.
• Categorize expenses accurately and allocate them to the appropriate expense types for financial reporting purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and receipts to facilitate reconciliation and auditing.
• Conduct a variety of finance projects aimed at process improvement.
