Import Export Specialist

Join our Supply Chain Planning Unit as an Import and Export Planning Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in strategically planning import and export food products, serving as a key business partner in decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement external food product plans.

- Manage production constraints, coordinate production and shipping dates, and oversee product delivery.

- Place purchase orders for imported products and track them until receipt at the logistics center, including quality requirements approval.

- Handle exceptional issues with suppliers and internal organizational customers.

- Manage product inventory at the logistics center and external warehouses.

- Plan inventory for export operations, including production planning, management, forecasting, and international shipments.

- Continuously monitor performance against plans in manufacturing, supply, inventory, and exports.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree (preference for Industrial Engineering/Management/Economics/Business Administration) - mandatory. Master's degree - advantageous.

- Minimum of two years of experience in import and export planning roles.

- Familiarity with ERP systems in manufacturing - advantageous.

- Knowledge of consumer products and food items - significant advantage.

- Extensive experience with BI and Excel software.
