Yango Deli is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of brand campaigns and activations aimed at driving business growth and bolstering the perception and recognition of the Yango Deli brand.

Collaboration with various teams will be key to ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning, ultimately fostering heightened customer engagement.

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for brand building, a curiosity for the dynamic hi-tech industry, robust project management skills, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Yango Deli across various channels, including TV, digital platforms, out-of-home (OOH), social media, and promotions.
• Social Media Management: Collaborate closely with our social media agency to ensure exceptional representation of the brand across owned, earned, and paid social media channels.
• Guidelines: Establish and uphold brand guidelines to maintain consistency in branding elements, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Development: Partner with the creative production team to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience and reinforces the Yango Deli brand identity.
• Collaboration: Engage in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including commerce, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand representation.
• Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal utilization of available resources while staying within predefined targets.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, preferably in FMCG, retail or consumer service industry.
• Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and marketing principles.
• Results-oriented goals with a focus on driving measurable business impact.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry norms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great communication skills, being able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Fluent English.
