Senior Food Technologist - Production Lines (2769)

A leading food-tech start-up developing and producing alternative meat products is seeking a talented Senior Production Line Technologist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Serve as a liaison between the company’s R&D, QA and production teams.

● Establish and maintain operation protocols, and train the production team accordingly.

● Provide assistance with troubleshooting on the production floor.

● Work closely with the QA team on raw material, process and final product approval.

● Assist R&D and QA teams with data collection and analysis.

● Take part in the company's tasting panel.

REQUIREMENTS:

● B.Sc. degree in food technology, food science, biotechnology engineering or equivalent.

● At least 2 years of experience as a Food Production line technologist.

● Good understanding of food chemistry and microbiology .

● Willing and happy to do hands-on work.

● Experienced in production facility operations.

● Well versed in using Excel / google sheets.

● Fluent in Hebrew and English.
