We're hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist for our Information Systems department.

Location: Tel Aviv (Ramat HaHayal), Hybrid.

Job Description:

• Providing service and support to internal organizational stakeholders on computing, hardware, software, endpoint equipment, and communication issues.
• Full-time position.
• Shift work between 06:00-18:00.
• Willingness to work additional hours/ on-call.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification - mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Help Desk roles in a medium/large organization with at least 500 employees.
• Knowledge and experience working with Active Directory and Exchange.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
• Technical English proficiency.
• Strong customer service orientation.
