- We’re Hiring : Sales Agent

Full time hybrid position in a challenging environment

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales agent to join our team at Astramed medical devices company in Haifa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the medical industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals to promote and sell our medical devices

- Generate leads and drive sales growth through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our medical devices

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices industry

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Meeting with clients in person

-Previous experience using CRM or lead managment systems

- Proficiency in Hebrew and English, Arabic is a plus
