The Opportunity

We're looking for a Full-cycle B2C Sales Closer to manage warm B2C leads from first conversation to close.

This role is ideal for someone who loves to talk on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable guiding prospects through a consultative sales process, and asking them the hard questions.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full sales cycle with warm, pre-qualified leads
• Run discovery calls to understand goals and fit
• Present program value clearly and professionally
• Close sales with integrity and strong follow-through
• Determine which prospects are serious about advancing their careers 
• Keep detailed notes and records in a Monday CRM

Requirements



• Completely fluency in english, both spoken and written
• B2C phone sales experience
• Strong consultative selling and rapport-building skills
• Ability to professionally ask the tough proving questions during calls
• Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working in CRM systems
• Based in Israel and available for in-office work in Ramat Gan
