Reverse Recruiter

In this exciting role, you will be helping candidates land roles with employers.

Reverse Recruiting is the opposite of traditional recruiting, where instead of the employer paying a fee, the candidate pays the fee to find a job.

This role might suit you if you have an impeccable work ethic and a positive work attitude. I am willing to train someone with no experience!

This role comes with a monthly base plus commission.

Working remote US EST hours 4PM – 12AM Sun to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Apply for positions on behalf of the candidates.
• Do a deep intake session with the candidate to learn about their career needs.
• Contact potential employers to sell them about the candidate you represent.
• Create job search tools such as Resumes, Cover Letters, and LinkedIn Profiles.
• Coach candidates on how to Interview for jobs.
• Help candidates with salary negotiations.
• Track all information accurately in our CRM – Monday.com
• Maintain excellent communication with the candidate and the Super Star Resume team.

Requirements:

• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Easy-going and adaptable attitude.
• Able to learn and pick up things quickly.
• Track record of not leaving jobs quickly.
• Self-fortitude and the ability not to give up.
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
