Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Data Engineer / DBA role at Agam Data Analytics. As a Senior Data Engineer / DBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data engineering. You will also be involved in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, data warehousing, and data analytics. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working primarily in our Tel Aviv District office but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Database Administrator, or similar senior role in data management.
• At least 2 years of experience in DBA and Data engineering
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Bigquery.
• Experience with GCP or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or experience in a related field
