Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Social Worker at Assuta Medical Centers located in Be'er Sheva. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers. They will assess the psychosocial needs of patients and develop appropriate interventions. The Social Worker will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and assist in discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in providing counseling and support to individuals and families
• Knowledge of psychosocial assessment and intervention techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of medical and mental health terminology
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensure or certification as a Social Worker
