Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for Onboarding and training new clients, supporting existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with customers. The role involves taking clients from Onboarding and training to business as usual and support.
