Talent Acquisition Manager

Who are we:

At Assured Allies, we are reinventing the products that help make successful aging accessible to all older adults, by bringing game changing wellness and financial products to hundreds of thousands of consumers across the U.S.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for our company - a leading start-up in its field (the combined Agetech-Insurtech space) with 120 employees worldwide, half of whom are based in Israel. The company is located by the railway in Ramat Gan. We operate in a hybrid work model (twice a week in the office). Post completion of round b and soon to start our round c of funding, we have active and paying customers as well as leading investors.

Reporting into the CHRO, we are looking for a TA champion who successfully made the "leap" from thinking about "a single recruitment process" to managing recruitment for a scaling global company.

Job Profile

Managing and hands-on executing end-to-end recruitment processes cross-organization

Developing recruitment resources

Collaborating with the marketing and design teams on creating company's branding

Automation of recruitment processes and responsibility for improving the candidate experience

Training hiring managers, consulting, and supporting them on building winning teams

Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to final onboarding

Push boundaries to attract the best talent and devise innovative sourcing strategies

Ensure that every candidate feels valued and respected throughout the process

Skills and qualifications:

8+ years of recruitment experience, working with leaders at all levels

Proven track record of managing complexity and leading successful recruitment efforts in fast-paced environments

Fluent English, both Verbal and written- A must

Experience in a leadership role in the recruitment field in a startup or growing mid-sized company

Familiarity with ATS and HR systems - mandatory

Comfortable with data and motivated to improve processes based on data
