Product Manager

Imagry is looking for a highly driven, talented, experienced, and dynamic Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Autonomous Driving systems. This is the first Product Manager role to be filled at Imagry, even though our product has already been implemented for customers. Of special importance is the experience of the right candidate in working with customers and customer-facing personnel on the one-hand, and development managers on the other. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The position reports to company's CTO.

Role Description:

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation, through technical development, to launch
• Define, generate, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze customers' requests, feedback, and insights
• Work closely with R&D teams
• Define the product roadmap: manage the product development timeline, integration steps, and functional progress
• Prioritize features and functionality for obtaining the most significant impact in the market

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a similar Product Management role following a significant role in System Engineering
• BSc / MSc in Robotics or Mechanics or equivalent system-level engineering education
• Proven ability to build a roadmap based upon a vision and execute complex projects
• Development experience for embedded systems (e.g., Linux based systems, real-time software, camera-based systems)
• Experience working with customers and sales team
• Proven analytical skills and decision-making: the ability to make recommendations under uncertain conditions and lack of data
• Experience in system design and architecture
• Leadership skills along with being a team player
• Detail-oriented and thorough; able to juggle multiple projects effectively
• Experience in the Automotive domain – an advantage
• Experience in algorithms, and/or AI-based products - an advantage
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Full time attendance in the Haifa office, we do not work hybrid
