Product Manager - User Engagement Products

We are on the lookout for a passionate, innovative, and results-driven Product Manager to join our Customer Engagement team. You'll lead the development of features that enhance customer journeys and boost user engagement across our award-winning products.

In this position, you will lead the ideation & development of features to improve customer journeys, customer engagement and usability on 888WH products.

Your Role:

• Define and oversee the product roadmap for customer engagement, aligning with our strategic goals to enhance user interaction on 888WH platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers to pinpoint needs and gather requirements, ensuring that our solutions are perfectly tailored to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Articulate high-level business requirements and analyze the business value of proposed new features, prioritizing them to maximize impact.
• Lead the product lifecycle across all project phases from ideation through launch, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Plan and refine the user experience in cooperation with UX/UI designers, focusing on intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Craft detailed requirements and collaborate effectively with Product Owners to translate these into actionable plans for the development team.
• Engage with multiple organizational units such as marketing, R&D, UX/UI design, and BI to ensure a unified approach to product development.
• Conduct post-launch analysis to assess the impact of new features and iterate for continuous improvement.

Your Skills :

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably within the gaming technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively in both written and oral forms in English.
• A proven ability to navigate matrix environments, working with various interfaces and demonstrating amicable assertiveness.
• A business-oriented and data-driven mindset, with exceptional analytical abilities to make informed decisions.
• Creative and original thinking, coupled with a pragmatic "Can Do" approach to challenges.
• High level of independence, capable of driving processes and making decisions autonomously.
• Proactivity, showing initiative and accountability in all tasks.
• Familiarity with the gaming, B2C, or marketing industries, enhancing your ability to connect with user needs.
• Experience with agile methodologies, ensuring agile and responsive product development cycles.
