Professional Services Operations Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the creation of Scope of Work documents with our end customers and partners and negotiating them with the end customers and 3rdp party contractors.
• Processing the SoWs in the company's systems.
• Assisting with the Professional Services Team's Information Systems, from defining new workflows to practically operating them.
• This role requires using Nvidia operational systems for information searches and updates.
• Support of local and global deployment teams and 3rd party contractors will be expected in an efficient and out-of-the-box solution provisioning.
  
  

• A law degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (native English speaker)
• Proven experience (2+ years) in professional services organizations or active involvement in operations activities.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and processing Professional Services SoW Documents, understanding Legal terms and conditions, and experience with 3rd-party contractors' negotiation.
• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives across the Operations organization. We expect you to bring new and creative ways to improve the overall efficiency and speed at which Services are delivered.
• Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills that allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems
• Quick learner and highly adaptable to changes
• MS Office, Primarily sophisticated Excel experience
